Kaamelott, round-table room

Hello everyone !

As promised, here are the visuals previously announced in my last project, that I urge you to see if you haven't : “King’s Arthur the Cornwall’s Boar” here : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/6b8V5V
Always in the same stylized aprproach, the workflow remained the same :
Modeling in Maya for lowpoly
Sculpting in Zbrush for highpoly
Texturing in Substance Painter
Finally, and for my first time, Unreal Engine integration
I’m glad to share this experience with you, which has been very rewarding in terms of software discovery and blueprint learning. With the latter I was able to try different features to make the visit of the scene by the player more interactive : doors opening/closing with a handle animation, switching lights on/off, flickering candle flame, fire for fireplace with Niagara and a handheld torch by my first person character.
I’ve also worked on the lighting and shading with stained glass to stay in an Arthurian legend atmosphere.
I’m really looking forward to doing new experiences on real-time software to keep on improving myself. Let me know in the comments what you think about it !!! Have a good day 🙂
